As mentioned im my last post, last month I turned nineteen, and came to the realisation that I am an adult (shock horror!). I had a lovely birthday, celebrating both at home and at uni.
I went home for the weekend before my birthday, and it was lovely to spend some time relaxing with mum and dad. We went for a chinese banquet with my friend Hollie, and had some drinks at the pub on the Saturday evening, and I met up with my friend Susannah for lunch on Sunday, as well as nursing a food baby from Dad's roast.

My birthday was on a Thursday, which unfortunately is my worst day timetable-wise at uni. My flatmates and friends made it special though by all getting up early with me to have birthday pancakes., and to give me my lovely pressies. Hollie also came to Sheffield on Thursday as she had an open day at the uni the next day. She even bought a cake with her which was amazing; Minnie Mouse inspired seems we're going to Disneyland together in June! Thursday night was spent eating Dominos and birthday cake, and drinking fishbowl cocktails at the student bar!

Saturday night was amazing. For pre-drinks, my amazing flatmate Florence made a cake in the shape of Tom Daley (yes, I'm obsessed with that boy) which was awesome! We all headed to a Union club night called Pop Tarts, where we relive our childhoods with Steps, S Club and Spice Girls. My flatmates got a mention from the DJ from "The G2 Dream Team" and my friends were buying me tequila. Thankfully my head wasn't too bad the next day either...
